We are looking to add a rockstar salesperson to represent our tree care division. Ideal candidate has knowledge of different tree types in MN and WI. The job requires a certification or willingness to get one within 6 months of employment. Meetings will be at residential and commercial properties along the River Valley.

Job duties are as follows:

• Oversee tree service jobs for your closed sales
• Meet with prospects and or repeat clients
• Execute estimates in a timely manner
• Be a team player who can give and receive instruction
• Execute leadership skills as needed when working with the team
• Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflict
• Multitask and meet quotas
• A company vehicle will be provided with a fuel card.

Job duties:

• Experience with proper pruning practices and removal techniques
• Ability to climb with and without spurs
• Knowledge of chainsaw and equipment operation
• Experience with man-lifts
• Provide quality customer service.
• Proper job-site cleanup
• Team player
• Pay will be dependent on ability and experience. Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record for the past 3 years.

The successful applicant will represent our tree landscape division and should possess a solid understanding of landscape design and build aspects ranging from irrigation, landscape lighting, paver patios, cement patios/walks, retaining walls (boulder and molded) and a wide arrange of plant knowledge.

Key requirements for this position include a valid driver's license with a clean record, as well as the ability to conduct meetings at residential and commercial properties along the River Valley.

Responsibilities of the role include:

• Managing tree service jobs resulting from your sales
• Meeting with prospects and existing clients
• Providing timely estimates
• Collaborating effectively within a team environment
• Demonstrating leadership skills when necessary
• Handling stressful situations and resolving conflicts
